After we landed this is the vehicle that took us to the main airport terminal. Which was outside and all open air. You can also see the plan in the background.

This is not something you see everyday. This elephant roamed around the resort as an activity. He was a main attraction. 

View from the Pool. Did I mention it was the longest pool in Asia. There were flowers, plants, herbs, and vegetables. 

There were places all over to just relax and lounge.

The pool was the longest in Asia. This was one of the pictures I took from the hammock near the pool. It was heaven! This is my Happy Place.

This was the view from the porch at the villa. This is a boat that offers breakfast and dinner daily.  

Here is a restaurant we found on the beach - They were very nice and even though it was 11pm. 

Later that night we went to the beach to walk around and relaxed by the ocean. We got a little wet from the waves but it was very nice 

Our first night we went to the open air lounge to hear some music and relax. It was a little hot but very relaxing. Great way to start the Thailand trip. 

Here is a view from our Villa. Everything was in bloom and so nice. We were escorted by boat to our villa and had several perks along the way 

This is where we stayed in Phuket. We were at the Sheraton Grand Lakes Resort. It was beautiful. We were in a villa right on the water - We were treated to a very nice arrival. Everything was open are around the resort. BEAUTIFUL!! 

"Hey Pretty Lady - Do you want some postcards? I have a great deal for you today!" Here is Mom trying to bargin with the locals for postcards. She ended up getting a great deal for them.
